Video Data at the Ekka.

Another year's gone by and we're back at the Ekka in the Meating Hall with our Mitsubishi projectors easily handling the bright lights in the hall.

Elmo at Myers.

Elmo was assisted in a recent visit to Myers in Brisbane by Videodata providing him with a headset radio mic and a 15" JBL Speaker, also a tv monitor and camera so he could keep an eye on the children attending. Everyone had a great time singing along with Elmo and later posing for photos.

Springfield Lakes Carols

Springfield Lakes Carols were a great success for our Camera crew of Phil, Leo,Susan and Julian. The pictures on the 12x9 screens allowed the audience clear views of the singers, and many chose to set themselves back so as to have a clear view of the screens, even if it meant a longer walk for the children down to the front of stage when the Jolly Gentleman in the Red Suit arrrived.

Pop Culture Exhibition

Breakout set for the recent Supanova Pop Culture Exhibition where VideoData set Plasmas and sound systems up in several breakout rooms for Anime buffs, as well as the main Theatre in the Coffee Club Building at the RNA. Sly's comment was best ever, and Martin and Natasha, who helped Stuart and Pierre set up, had a great time checking out the stands for Helsing memorabilia, ( helps if you're a fantasy buff, just ask them to show you their swordfighting abilities ).

Mayor of the city of Ipswich Cr. Paul Pisasale held a fundraising at Brothers Rugby Club in February and once again our 5000 ANSI lumens Projectors showed off their second to none quality pictures, with Stuart Aitchison home from China just in time to run a camera for us, thanks for coming all that way on 2 hours notice Stu.

50" Plasmas

Our 50" plasmas and display stands helped set the scene for the World Cup announcement at Suncorp Stadium in April. The Kramer switcher fulfilling it's role with simple efficiency switching painlessly from Video to Data and back again.

Greenslopes Hospital Anzac Ceremony

Greenslopes Hospital Anzac Dawn Ceremony was again a massive success with record attendance including the Prime Minister. Video Data providing the crew and equipment for both Video to screen and sound reinforcement for the crowd outside the chapel, but also ensuring a live feed went to the bedridden patients who couldn't attend in person.

International chinese new talent singing championship singer

The Chinese community turned out for the HongKong Students Asscn annual concert, where aspiring singers take part in an international competition looking for new stars. Video Data provided projection and cameras with control equipment for the big screen at the Conservatorium of Music. Pierre and Phil being on cameras and Mo doing the
switching for the event.

12th International Hand Bell Symposium went to the Big Screens at St John's this week with Phil operating the camera solo for the performances.

At City Hall difficult lighting conditions were overcome by dual stacking 2 pairs of LVPX400 Mitsubishi Projectors for a recent awards night.

IMA (32K) Outback Queensland in South Bank

Stuart set the audio for Outback Queensland in the Piazza recently with whip fights and demos and music in a country style. A mini version of the bush comes to town.

IMA (32K) 61" Plasma Presentation

Parliament House moved the speaker from his chair for several plasma screens to be set up. Both the traffic summit and the obesity summit recently used three plasmas for presentations to delegates and parliamentarians. The 61" plasma was just big enough, with a couple of 50" units to complete the set.
